Ya hemos despedido el verano y las innumerables fiestas patronales que tenemos en nuestro pa\u00eds, volvemos a las rutinas de colegios, trabajo, extraescolares, academias, gimnasio\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--begoagil-g3a.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/toothbrush-571741_1920-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-329\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"E119\"> Es un mes donde volvemos a <strong>retomar los cuidados a nuestra boca que hab\u00edamos descuidado en los meses de verano<\/strong>, ya sea debido a la alimentaci\u00f3n, el deporte o ambas. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"E123\"><strong> Es el mes de incorporar el h\u00e1bito a los ni\u00f1os de lavarse los dientes al menos tres veces al d\u00eda.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--begoagil-g3a.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/brushing-teeth-2103219_1920-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-328\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"E127\"> <\/span><span id=\"E128\">Estos consejos te ayudaran a lograrlo.<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span id=\"E130\"><strong>Hacer que sea una rutina<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de desayunar y antes de vestirse, despu\u00e9s de comer antes de las actividades extraescolares y por \u00faltimo despu\u00e9s de cenar. Si lo conseguimos hacer as\u00ed el peque lo realizara sin pensar, pero es necesario constancia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span id=\"E136\">Hacer <strong>que sea divertido lavarse los dientes<\/strong>, estando con pap\u00e1 y mam\u00e1.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span id=\"E138\">Usar <strong>cepillos infantiles divertidos y pasta adecuada a su edad<\/strong>, los cepillos tienen que ser adecuados a sus bocas y las pastas tienen que estar aconsejadas a su edad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span id=\"E141\"><strong>Cep\u00edllate los dientes t\u00fa a la vez<\/strong> <strong>con los ni\u00f1os<\/strong>, quien mejor les puede ense\u00f1ar que tienen que hacer si lo ven a sus padres, adem\u00e1s de poder ense\u00f1arles a cepillarse mejor poco a poco.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span id=\"E145\"><strong>Visita el dentista, dos veces al a\u00f1o.
